Wouldn’t be better to create hexa mesh also in the central cylinder and create tetra mesh only in the two lateral cones with interfaces? Thx for the video.

Simply use some cad software to segment the domain into 3 different parts .

Open workbench - in components tab over right, you can see list of softwares integrated in Ansys Workbench. You will have ICEM cfd over thr.
