I appreciate this video, as I have recently gained access to force plates and am trying to learn as much as possible to utilize these tools to their full potential. Greate vid!

Unreal value here ! Keep going with this, people will find it. Question : to what extend do you consider the data from 1-3 jumps on the same day to be representative of an athlete's profile ? Do you think/find this data could vary day by day for a same athlete ?
@saisantraining10 күн бұрын
Ofc it will vary.. but thats why I do my best job to standardize and do multiple assessments. 1 test is going to give me a snapshot of someones ability of that particular day. And I treat it as such. However some things are so stupidly obvious you can attack them & get great results

nice, entwickelt Hawkin Dynamics die Spinnendiagramme, oder hast du das mit einer Software selber gemacht ? Beste Grüße
@saisantraining8 ай бұрын
Yup. Macht die software. Aber ist eine Menge arbeit das ganze einzustellen und man muss wissen was man in den Diagrammen haben möchte. Also einfach automatisch bekommt man sie nicht, man muss sich selbst Templates erstellen

That's crazy !!! So unilateral deep tier plyos on the left side for the next weeks right ? But the test wasn't done in a locomotive manner (no horizontal force) do you think the imbalance might be even worse with like decelarating in basketball ?
@saisantraining8 ай бұрын
Yes, subconsciously one will not use options during the game where that quality is asked because of fatigue. If one does so regardless, that‘s a potential risk for injury. I’m posting tomorrow a new update :D
