This town needs to clean up the homeless population. along the coast. . I was just there and my ebikes was stolen right out of my truck at the motel and caught on video. Nothing can be done I am very dissatisfied., the way the city allows such a trashed environment to happen.

So nice to see my hometown mentioned on US tv. Thank you Terry for the little segment that you did. Kap is a beautiful place to live. Still have family that live there and in its surroundings. I do miss home, but for now the time isn't right to move back even if I wanted too.

It's not a bad place to live if you move into a residential area where prominent community individuals live. If you want privacy you can obtain that way of life in Vineland. Throughout the 70s and 80s there were cults in Vineland. Some of them were dangerous Vineland borders with Millville. Both towns have a "Back In The Woods " mentality in the social environment. They always have. There has always been a lot of silliness in town...where people generally have a tendency to gossip and particularly making up lies or stories about each other. You generally run across that anywhere...but it's a bit exaggerated in Vineland. For example...a Vineland man shot and killed his ex girlfriend in front of her children. The last thing you'd expect to hear when you walk into WAWA or XPRESS MART is people claiming his innocence while you're pouring your coffee. ...but that is typical of Millville and Vineland residents to do. Make up stories that are untrue. I can make up all kinds of stories..but that's all they'll ever be...just stories. People continue to cover up the fact that there was a ritualistic killing at Menantico and that the cult members were from Vineland and Millville. Most people who went camping at Menantico and witnessed cults know that's true. There is no culture. Music is pretty backwards. There is a wonderful music program at Vineland High School...so that's not the problem. The problem is bars. In the early 70s people in Vineland were drawn to the artistic side to Rock Music. That all changed. Eventually people began following a handpicked list of songs and bands. ...a complete redundancy. Many of the local bands in the late 70s were amateur sounding. Pike's Peak and others were cheap and contrived. If you're visiting Vineland for the arts it's probably not a good idea.

The city of Clearlake is the worst! High homelessness and highest crime rate in the county! If you move to Lake County, choose any other community north and west of that city!

I drove up there on QC-175 and stopped at L-Etape service area. All the plates were Quebec in the lot save one from Ontario. Saguenay could use some more promotion outside Quebec. This is a good start. Missing, Le Valinouet ski hill (I've been on it and it is good), Train service from Montreal Via VIA. No mention of Lac-St.Jean and the Open water swimming meet. Access from A-73- QC-175 and A-55-QC- 155. No mention on the Tourist maps of the ski hill. A quick anecdote on the Saguenay: It was the Dream of the Canadian Northern and the Grand-Trunk President To Build a Northern railway from Prince Rupert to Saguenay Via a Northern route running north of Timmins and On-11 to Senneterre and Casey to Chambord JCT (QC-155 and QC-169) and onward to la Baie. Vestiges can still be seen on google Earth. This would have cut the transhipment for the pacific to Europe Freight be several 100's of KM. Prince Rupert is finally gaining a container terminal. I don't kno if la Baie is big enough to accomocate the Panamax or Post-Pananx container shipts. Melville Hays sand with the Titanic and the Railways under tutelage went bankrupt becoming CN.

Wtf is a happy cow? They are just cows with their breasts being milked from the tits and the farmers like putting their arms in the butthole until they are elbow deep in breakfast, then they have to smell the shit to make sure its not acidic. I wonder if they feel good when they have to sniff cow sharts. Probably smells like cow farts. 2 cows one cup. Yum yogurt!

Meth meca, pit bulls running loose all over the place, lake stinks severely for a month or so a year, can't swim cause of poison algae, a lot of dead fish floating in the water at times, iq level seems on average to be room temperature, i understand that the county gets payed to allow fellons to be dropped off there, almost everything Terry Bradshaw said is nonsense. Do your homework !

Noticed not one ethnic person was seen in the 'advertisement' ... You got it right! We are here, but tactically marginalized by Klan, Law & community. Lived and owned the same place for 40 years in Lakeport , Lake County. So far, because I speak up describe what is here, many attempt harms. Last 15 years + or -, 95 have approached, gotten close enough to touch and declared they are KKK. Law means nothing here. 1.9 acres Lakeport Lakeshore Blvd. For Sale. If ethnic, bring your own lawyer. The ones here IME tow the Klan line, saying they would be harmed themselves.
