whole thing was great. Was particularly fun watching the guys hold the two X2 bells top to bottom and malleting back and forth.

A friend, who once played bells, described that they ranged all the way to huge ones. Many years later, after looking at a different video of yours, I saw big bells in the background, and here, I can see all sizes in use. Thank you.

I love watching you. If I think you are who I've watched you Shelley ring and and play your heart out with the ensemble. I watch the meymandi DVD every Christmas and you all ignited my passion for handbells. I direct a modest 5 octave group with malmark bells with 5oct of malmark chimes with G2 and C2 and a C9 individual bells. My mom plays 4 in hand and my brother as well and we often studied bell placement from RR. Love you guys!

We're practicing this piece! It may take quite a bit of changes in our normal ringing positions to pull off, especially in the bass bells. Any insights in how you shared the bells in the lower octaves?

What type of mallets are you using to strike your bells with? Due to a new physical disability, I will need to start using mallets since I can no longer use both of my hands, and I don't want to get mallets that will do damage to my church's hand bells! Thank you for your time and for sharing this video! Your Friend, Dan
