\u2028\u2028To my fellow healers, lovers, nurturers, mentors, creatives, etc. I took some time to fill up my own cup & redefine what it means to be an outpour of love. And in my absence I have realized that healing is not a linear journey or a destination, but an ongoing process. It is time to reintegrate and grow in community.
I was able to come back to the root of why I live a life in pursuit of my passions. I was able to wine & dine with music, got back into playing ball, and spent some quality time with my loved ones. In order to be the best Kuya & image bearer that I can be, self work had to be done.\u2028\u2028
What is your outpour of love? There is not one right single answer. As long as you are presenting your love with intentionality, selflessness, and care, you are already doing the right thing.
I am working so hard, punishing myself in order to make this work, but know that I enjoy every single second of this journey.
