Every once in a while I come back to this. After I wipe the drool of my computer I go back to my own meager attempts. 🙂

Some of the most believable miniature scenes I've come across. Love the way these dioramas don't succumb to the temptation to get too fanciful, as so many otherwise great modelers seem to.

What are the sizes of boxcars and loco's on this layout ??? They almost look like original O scale. (Lionel)

Really enjoy your excellent artistic gift and realism of an era that’s long gone and extinct. Beautiful work. Thank you for the inspiration of modeling narrow gauge. 👍

I built the Elwood Stone Company for Dick many years ago. I have known him for more than 4 decades. We all miss him greatly. Dick was a true gentleman.

Magnificent Modeling , unfortunately the photography was somewhat poor and out of focus ( depth of field was VERY shallow) Next time use a Smaller F Stop : )) Thanks

This may not what you expected however for those that are looking to study and create superb details for themselves this is excellent. It can be stopped and studied readily. It’s a great inspirational tool. This level of detail that Geoff created is rarely seen. RIP Geoff ….. we serious modelers still appreciate your talents that you left us.

problem with a lot of model railroad buildings is they are too busy. Detailing leads to over-detailing and a cartoonish feel.

Having been a subscriber to Jason Jensen Trains for a while, I enjoyed this video as it shows the evolution of Jason's modeling and the shift from plastic kits to more craftsman type wood kits.
