They need to make everyone even people in the rural areas, have to get building permits and have building inspectors visit building sights to make sure they following the rules ! Hmm 🤔

I dont agree. The standard of construction in Jamaica is generally good when professional contractors and builders are involved. Problems often arise when unprofessional or inexperienced individuals are hired, which, as you pointed out, can happen anywhere in the world. In such cases, the quality of construction may fall short, leading to frustrations for homeowners and buyers. In comparison to places like Barbados or the UK, the prices per square foot in Jamaica are still more affordable, despite some of the challenges with pricing in certain areas. While housing prices and the cost of living may seem high in Jamaica, they are still more reasonable than in those countries with much higher living costs. The key is to work with experienced professionals who can deliver the quality you expect. With the right expertise and careful planning, the Jamaican real estate market offers many opportunities, and as demand for higher-quality homes increases, we can expect to see improvements in both price and quality over time.

Actually, I count around 15 bathrooms. Remember in the description, this estate has 4 buildings for which its has 16 bed, 15 bath in total. Title is misleading but I would lose count too lol.
