Hi my friend,... what a wonderfull modification! The Tugboat 686 just swapped over to Europe and a lot of kids start their rc-career with it. Actually a lot of more older ones, like me, also did aquire one and are trying to modify them, too... thanks for uploading and describing what you did with yours.... Best wishes, Holger from Subwaterfilm

Great job!!! I have ordert 1 my self. Its gonna be working as a recovery tug for my othter rc boats. I have a question,where can 1 find the bumpers that's you have on youre tug? And on fb i see that you have made a kind off "buldozer" on the front. Love it!!! That you also can house as cleanup system. Can i find it somewhere? Keep up the great work.
@KMorozou9 күн бұрын
Thank you for watching! The bumper was made by processing plastic sheet. Urethane sponge is used as a cushioning material. The attachment for recovering the boat was made by processing the grill of an old electric stove. For attachment, we used Insiloc, which is used to bundle electric wires. Details will be posted on Facebook, so please check it out.

Hello. This looks just perfect. Very sleek and scale. Any chance of getting some build log, instructions or materials of what you did to the look of it? Thanks,great work.
M/V 2GO Masigla (Orange Ferry 8) just had her maiden voyage from Manila - Davao - GenSan - Iloilo and back to Manila. While M/V SuperFerry 14 lived for short years until February 27, 2004 (White Sanpo 2) is when the vessel was going to Bacolod, the Bomb exploded onboard.

What size motor and battery are you using?
@KMorozou3 ай бұрын
The motor is W10 x H8 x L14, which is used in the 9g servo. I am using a 1 cell 3.7V lipo battery with 300mA.

Ok, also what are you using for speed control?
@KMorozou3 ай бұрын
@@williamgibson2630 This model utilizes a 9g servo amplifier and potentiometer. Although it is necessary to often adjust the neutral, idling (dead slow) can be reproduced. The current model uses a 1-cell microamplifier made by a friend. 1cm square.
