Thats just a switch for the amp. It switches channels or modes on the amp itself. They usually come with the amp and plug into the back.

Hey 👋 It’s a Fender Blues deluxe set very neutral on a clean tone.. couldn’t really tell you with the wah, you have to play with it to find the spot, it was roughly halfway
