You should not be interviewing such deluded men as this hotel owner. He is a poor example to the igbo spirit of Aku ruo ulo. Thinking that the name Santiego is the right name for his business while criticizing the use of ethnic igbo names as business names shows how empty he is. This man , for mentioning Tinubu's name in this interview shows that he is an ass licker and would never be trusted to stand for ndi-igbo at any point in time.. The day your hotel will be taken away from you, you would definitely be singing a different tone.

The place have varieties of things, industrial zone is there, lock up shop is there, trade fair , hotels, hospitals infact it is a new city entirely. The land is so huge.

Obviously, you're envious of this project, you soon have heart attack if you're not careful. Your own tribe, are they building skyscrappers in your village? What has Lagos got to do with investing in Igbo land? Don't you see Igbo business men in other countries? You that is talking are you in your village? Igbos will continue to live and do business in Lagos, Ghana everywhere but will definitely invest in Igbo land massively.This is the initiative of some Igbos Iiving in the US and it's not politically initiated because it started before 2023.

It Is N4,650,000 for land and building on the land N3,900,000 but you can pay under the period of 6yrs and you can start building when you pay as little as N650,000
