How do u get on to ur videos that I’ve taken

Mine will appear in the list of OTHER DEVICES but then when I attempt to connect it, I get an error message after about 8 seconds of attempted pairing. Same thing on iPad. The message is "Pairing Unsuccessful. Pairing took too long. Make sure "MOGA XP-Ultra" is turned on, in range, and is ready to pair." So, the controller is 1) on, 2) touching the iphone it is so close to it, and 3) has the blinky white light blinking because I've pushed the pairing button. On my Mac I've gotten it to pair as a bluetooth device (appears in teh list of bluetooth devices and easily connects) but DOESN'T appear in the Systems Settings list of bluetooth items (keyboard, trackpad, etc). So, it's connected... but not connected (?). The effect on the mac is that when I open an apple Arcade game, the controller does.... nothing. Oh, and the mac, iphone & ipad are all updated to the latest os's.

I've been having this problem where once I connect my cam to my phone via wifi, once I go into the app and try to connect it it says it need internet connection.
