I bought the Lodge 14 inch cast iron wok. I love it. I had to re-learn a bit on how to use it. It takes longer to heat up and does not cool down quickly like a carbon steel wok. I use it on a glass top stove and I only have to use the number 6 on the dial. I never flipped the wok when stir frying even with the old wok. I just use the spatula. The wok is heavy and does not slide around on the glass top. It cleans quickly and with any wok, you can use dish soap. I put it back on the stove after washing and drying, a quick wipe with some oil - on low to medium heat just a few minutes and leave it there to cool.

Those drops are inaccurate junk. High range ph solution drops will give you accurate results
