Ridden several of the easier Mesa's here. For the "Mountain Bikers" that ride/race Chequamegon or Leadville and think they are mountain bike courses... This folks is straight mountain biking. The vid while well done really doesn't come close to showing the true Gnar of Flying Monkeys or Grafton Mesa. Hats off to Pierce and his friends for the effort to make this film. Well done. Peace

Amazing man. Most people wont be able to truly appreciate that effort. I’ve done that much elevation over a 50 miles on way easier terrain and I was cooked. And it was like 70 degrees for me. I cant imagine adding another 70 miles plus techy terrain plus heat. Seriously a monster ride.

I have always had a fondness for endurance cycling. I've toured up to 1700 miles at a time and have done a triple century (315 miles) but to do this just blows my mind. I truly love mesa riding and have done all these trails and I just can't fathom doing them all in the same day. Maybe the same week? I plan on relocating to the Hurricane area in a few years but I will never attempt anything like this. Major kudo's for Pierce for this ride!
