It’s crazy because I JUST cancelled my booking on Sunrise to try out Horizon. I’m cruising with my partner and have never been on a “newer” ship and really wanted to see if I’ll like them more. And it’s for 6 days so I think we’ll have a great time !!

I’m excited, I’ll be on Utopia in 19 days! I’m staying on the ship as well in Nassau. I usually get off as well.. I’ll be on a 4 night cruise too. So we have a sea day, but I still feel like that’s not enough time to enjoy and relax. And wow the mason jar was the place to be! I hear they have a great drink selection there. I have brunch there on the first day. I’m excited.

Hey Ebby 👋🏽 have a great time. You need every minute on the ship to attempt to do everything. We love the Mason jar bar. We have to give Mason Jar brunch another chance on a future cruise. Make sure you see the Aqua and or ice show. Both are spectacular! Don’t skip the Vue Bar. It’s a unique bar that is tucked away

@@semorawilliams2912 we found that the dress code for dinner was not as formal as we were led to believe. We wore our normal attire that we would wear on any cruise line for dinner. On most nights my husband wore a tshirt with sneakers and jeans to one of the main restaurants and nothing was said. We did not do specialty dining because the food was so good in the other restaurants. Let us know if you have any other questions. Have fun on your December cruise!

@ I also found it a little chilly in the different restaurants so if you tend to be cold prep for that. You will be fine. Glad we could be helpful

The resort did not allow drones. I had to go to the next property to do so.

When you get off the ship in Cartagena, is there a building (like a terminal) where you have to check in and show a passport? and then have to go through again to check back onto the ship? Or can you just wander around anywhere?

Have a wonderful time in November. I do not think they worked for us. I would recommend Bonine instead. Since I made the switch from Dramamine it has made a significant difference. It’s actually less drowsy unlike Dramamine. But do your research and see if it would work for you as well.
