2 things. 1 when buying the gun, he was asked if the muzzle was gonna be cold, he said yes. He shot 5 times before the shoes, that barrel would be hot. 2, he put the coke in only one shoe, when he threw them over the wire, how did he know what shoe to shoot.

They are using a lot of words that are related to long range shooting, but most of the dialogue is kinda non-sense or very obvious stuff. Of course it will be a cold bore shot, of course you shouldn’t change ammunition after zeroing, of course it’s about how tight it groups (what else could it be about). Not the kinda thing two highly experienced guys would need to say to each other. Just an opportunity for the writers to throw as many gun nerd words into the scene as possible.
