Timing chain was going out and didn’t want to put that much money into a car with higher miles :(

@@OscarBarronYT if you read the description, it will give you a few more details. But essentially the timing chain needed to be replaced and on the 3.5s in the Fords, you usually have to pull the motor. Being in graduate school, I didn’t have the time/money to fix her so she had to find a better home. The kid who bought it seemed super excited and it made my heart happy. Same joy I had when I purchased the car.

@@DFlos yes, is white sel version and my inspiration is to change wheels like u did, so when u changed the wheels did you noticed something different on ur gas mileage?

@ I don’t think it differentiated too much. I would go back and forth between the aftermarket’s and the stocks. Stocks in the winter and it seemed to be about the same. I also did my research and my 19’s had a tad more poke to make it just over flush with the fender. But when I did my research I picked a tire that was still around the same diameter as the 18 inch tires. So smaller sidewalls but no rubbing. I ran a 235/40/R19 with my 19s I want to say.

@@ericbierman2846 govee is affordable and high quality. You can spend as much as $250 if you want but I wouldn’t go below something under what govee offers which is around $50. You don’t want too cheap but no need to pay for super expensive especially if you’re going to be winter driving it.

There are a lot of people who have done this I’m sure! What year do you have and I think it depends on the tune! A lot of the people in our fusion chats have been tuned by “Tuning by James” or “Unleashed Tuning.” A lot of people like the rice crispy tune but they can do anything you want with any mods you add! They do recommend a free flowing exhaust though!

@@thomasmica2856 the online forums mention 6.7 seconds but I believe it’s definitely a little faster than that. That article was posted in 2010 when I came out. I don’t want to say somewhere around 6 seconds and be wrong but she is quick and sometimes I feel it’s quicker than 6 seconds flat! Are you looking to purchase one yourself?

@@DFloshaha no videos, I’m a family man with kids these days. Years ago I had a 04 mustang GT…best car I ever owned. The fusion would smoke it hands down. I got rid of the mustang since we started a family, but still wanted to have fun lol. Can haul the kids and is a sleeper for sure!
