I had a pretty intense flare up 4 weeks ago. Still dealing residual swelling and some pain every once and awhile. I would like to try this out. What would you suggest I try? 2000mg of each?

Start with 2000mg after breakfast and then 2000mg after dinner. I'm used to it so I can do 4000-5000mg at a time. Some people have sensitive stomachs (didn't heed my caveat about taking them on a FULL stomach!). If you were to do just one of them, malic or acetic acid, I would start with malic.

You probably do because you guys got the chance to invest in apple amazon Microsoft etc before they became huge companies and their stock was cheap so let’s just say that someone bought 1,000 shares of apple for 2 dollars I’m just making up numbers idk what it would cost but those same 1,000 shares would be worth over 200,000 thousand dollars today so y’all had the opportunity to make that kind of money we are still too young to have done that give us 30 years and see if that stays the same

Absolutely. I've ran out of one or the other many times. I try to keep malic acid capsules on hand at all times, though. It seems to be the more powerful -- most effective -- of the 2.

You described just when I’m experiencing. I also have a middle toe that looks purpleish red anyway what I’d like to know if you could please answer me is how many milligrams of each acid do you take? I’m going to try this. It actually makes sense to me that this might help and if your last was 2017, then you’re my new hero.

OK, I just found your recipe. I didn’t see it at first and I’m gonna try it exactly like that and see what happens. I hope I can write you and tell you how grateful I am to you. I have never been in this kind of pain and you can’t walk and if your feet don’t work nothing else is good, but I hear that this could affect other things in your body. 71 the only model to come with that type of grill and was the tell all to finding it, is a rare car only 18,690 were made and 1,360 we drop tops and then there is the unusual trim which makes that particular style rare

@@roybeck5929every panel had extensive rust, but you’re right, it is a rare car. Still, that rust looks extensive and I bet the undercarriage is way worse. It’s worth more than 1500, but 17,000?

I do have it. That's what the video is about. There were glitches since they updated the app a month ago. But seems to be working fine now.

@@BobbyJackShow I had considered working for the DSP as a W2 employee, but after watching videos of what their drivers deal with, the 150+stops, many without lunch, the camera monitoring their hard and soft break pressure, and sharp turns. Along with Many other issues, that's a headache. I figured it might be best for me to drive my own car.

@@Dee-cg4hy That's exactly why I won't do DSP. Plus, you're not working for Amazon, but some 3rd party company. I interviewed with a couple of them and they were sketchy at best. I love the flexibility of Flex, but the pay is pretty crappy for all of the miles that I've put on my car since Dec 2022, over 120k. :(

Alright so i just received these capsules. How often would you say you get the tinges and execute this protocol? Im sensitive to tinges as well and I would suppose adding a normal dose of malic acid to the daily supplements wouldnt be a bad idea either.

Here's my protocol. Caveat. always take these capsules after a meal. Otherwise, it's a horrible gut punch. I've very sensitive to tinges, as well. Once I feel one coming on (I call them the canary in the coal mine), I take 8 capsules, 4 of malic and 4 of acetic. If you have one or the other, just take 8 for a total of 4000mg per dose. Do this as soon as you feel the tinge. Repeat in 8-10 hours. Next day, take the same at breakfast and then dinner. At this point, the tinge should be lessened if not gone. If say the tinge is gone but your toe is still sensitive to the touch, I'd keep at this regiment. Otherwise, I'd drop down to 2000mg x2 a day for a week. Then after that, once your body and kidneys have been able to process the excess UA build up, do a daily maintenance of 1000 to 2000mg per day for a week. After that I'm good for 6+ months before another tinge. I haven't changed my diet.

Awesome footage. Hollywood and the media really painted a bad pic of Ruth in his tail end of his career. The man still looked good, they called him names like "pot bellied." Nah, he still glides like a gazelle and had the power of an ox, even with all the pain his body underwent. Playing for 20+ years to age 40. He also ate and drank like a champ, when the entire USA couldnt due to the Great Depression. The man was just a beast compared to the average man. Babe is the true GOAT.
