Toluca Lake gets way too hot. Which it will get worse with global warming in years to come. I recommend 1 or 2 miles from any beach. I recommend the Manhatten Beach area.

From a 45 year old LA native. Every single neighborhood and city listed here is SCORCHING HOT and unlivable unless you run your AC 24/7 for almost half the year. We’re talking 90’s and 100’s. Fans are not an option. No AC is not an option. Also tons of traffic, car vandalism and breaks ins. Homelessness and overall depressing surrounding neighborhoods next to nice ones.

I finally left LA and my health has improved so much. I was able to get off anxiety meds, migraine meds and blood pressure meds within 6 months of moving.
