In tpot 13, tennis ball and pen was thrown by the recovery center. After the recovery center got in, the face of it got happy. So im thinking that the recovery center makes a face depending on its surroundings. Example when tennis ball and pen got knocked out by the recovery center, it became happy. So im thinking the complete name of the recovery center is conscious recovery center.

Conscious because in TPOT 13 the recovery center was cheering for tree while he was killing the bugs and when nobody is using it .the recovery centre has a face

Watch 6:14 of tpot 13 catagory one and also watch the recovery centere closely. It makes faces!
