Allah tells you what will lead you to paradise and what will lead you to Hell.....the individual chooses the path he/she wants to take. Allah says leave off fornication, leave off backbitting, and other sin (which people THINK will bring them happiness) that will lead you to the hellfire. Worshipping Allah and doing good deeds like giving charity, feeding the poor and seeking correct beneficial knowledge and implementing that knowledge (which brings true happiness) leads you to Paradise. Allah wants good for His creation, the creation has to want good for their selves

In Islam, things are simple. Worship One True God and follow what was given by way of the Quran and the Prophetic example known as the Sunnah of Muhammad pbuh. It is pretty clear and concise. Those who oppose this order, don’t get the reward. If your boss at your job gives you a list of duties to fulfill, and you neglect to do any of them, do you think you will remain on the payroll anyway? Certainly not. Now, if the Creator of all that exists gives you an instruction manual of life to follow, wouldn’t you just want to follow it? God made it easy for us. How hard is it really to worship One God. Follow his messenger pbuh. Be good and dutiful towards your parents. Be kind to neighbors. Treat your spouse well. Treat your children well. Spend on the needy and orphans. Etc. It’s easy. People leave this and get sucked into wordy matters like buying new cars, not caring about the needy, buying bigger homes. Cheating on spouses. Sexual promiscuity. Children out of wedlock. Worshipping humans. Copying everything celebrities do, etc. Please try not to pass judgement about Islam based upon this one video alone, because you may in fact not understand the totality of what is spoken about.
