The dragon language specifically does this thing called tonal manipulation. This allows it to manipulate the fabric of reality itself. It's also not specific to dragons necessarily. You can theoretically invent brand new shouts by just combining the right words together. A dragon could possibly learn dragonrend if they took the time to much like a human would have to. The Staff of Magnus doesnt actually work properly, and never has. It drains the magicka properly, but when it absorbs their HP, it does like 1 or 2 damage per second.

Only thing is missing in my opinion is you taming the White Unicorn from the College of Winterhold as (I forgot the name Q_Q) "Gandalf's Horse". Quest is called "Creature of Legends" and starts by reading a Note(book) in the Arcaneum, you can then tame it near Riften. 12:10 Hahaha. I just realized that they aren't scripted to appear in Ivarstead. It's just that I always do Klimmek's Quest on taking Supplies to the Greybeards as I'm heading there anyways and Fasttravel back down for the juicy Gold after I've done with the Guys so just to get ambushed by those Cultist in Ivarstead ALL my Life x'D

NO even if you DO 99,999 damage in 1 hit with Anima's over drive Braska's FINAL Aeon needs at least 2 x 99,9999 hits to KILL his 2nd form WITH it in 1 turn.

You can probably one shot any bosses with HP 100,000 or over with Lulu's Overdrive. Multicasting 99,999 damage per spell, a perfect casting should annihilate anything.
