Thanks so much for watching. We had a blast in Panama. We always cruise to a destination as well. If we like it, we go back because cruises just give you a glimpse. Section 8 tenants are so underrepresented and if due diligence is done, you can get some really good tenants who are often better than market rate. I do agree with you that inspections can be a headache for sure from municipalities to HUD. We’ve learned what they look for and try to be proactive in fixing before they come. They still find stuff 😂 It’s sad that they need to be bribed. That’s crazy. Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
