No. The handle has to be mounted on to the hot shoe.

Super confused. I got it dialed in perfect on my 6k g2 then tested it on my 6k pro and it’s not the same. Do they have a different flange distance or am I missing something?

@@nicholasnohe2103 I thought the flange distance was the same exact distance away with or without the nd filters because apart from that it’s exactly the same. They both fit the exact same cages. So I guess they just made a slight adjustment on the internal component placement.

No, you have to take the adapter off the camera to change the drop-in filters. The cage does get in the way.
