When you descend from this highway, and are in Irvine. Especially around evening, it feels very surreal because how smooth the road is, and very little entrances and exit ramps present. The fact that it is slightly below the city level with no proper visible view of the street level makes it seem surreal, secluded, and very dream-like. That was me and my girlfriend's first time experience a few months ago on this Toll.
