I love my ‘23 Kingquad 750. Plenty fast for me, tops out at 68 which is fantastic for a base model utility fourwheeler. Reliability, looks, comfort, power, it’s got it all.

Switched to Polaris when Arctic Cat stopped making the Wildcat XX 4 seater in 2016.

They never made a xx 4 seat. Just a x . Also what does that have to do with utility machines ? The xx will walk a Polaris through the woods. Not an open shot but anywhere else it would put the rzr to shame .

remeber teh "elctric deck height system is junk as you mow it and hit bumps it will slowly lower the deck. they needed to just stick with a the pin height adjustment. that is why all the big players only use a pin height adjustment.

KQ's are not slow. They actually have some great bottom end, mid is even, high is a little long going from 85/90 to 110 kmh. But it's not underwhelming by any means.

As one who owned a 2017 for 4+ years. The first Alterra platform was great, this one likely is too. The big issue, AC devalued it's brand name post Textron purchase. They took away most dealership licenses because they provided budget machines to Cabela's/Bass pro under the tracker name. Which for us here, is 1 store in the province, and they don't even sell the tracker branded ATV's. If it weren't for all this, I would have considered another AC.

I have a 2019 Textron/Arctic Cat Prowler Pro that hasn't shifted while running since about hour 10 on the machine. It was kept for two months by my local shop to fix the problem under warrantee, which had run out because Textron/Arctic Cat would not return my calls and advise how to go about warranty work. They allegedly fixed the transmission. It shifted for exactly one day and reverted back to not shifting while running. I have a useless unsafe brand new condition machine. Any thoughts or ideas on how to handle this would be appreciated?

@cheddarballs864 Cat has fallen so far behind with technology in the sled, atv and UTV markets. I think Textron buying Cat was the final nail in the coffin.

I live in Alaska, we had 2 Cat dealers close, now the only dealer is in Anchorage. Since then the only people I see with new are snowmachines. The newer Cat atv & utvs dont exist here, only like 2018 & older when you do see one, rarely.

@thomastucker5686 if there is a history of a certain issue that was not properly repaired while under warranty than most manufacturers will still fix a known issue out of warranty. Your situation is similar to what happened to me when I had my new truck out of warranty with a problem that wasn't properly fixed while in warranty. Good luck and keep complaining to them
