@@iluvutube4886 It has been pretty cold the last couple of weeks. We did get a light dusting of snow of Friday but it only lasted maybe an hour or two. It’s gotten down in the 20°s overnight most nights for the last week or so.

@@sophismacorni3042 I would only truly be familiar with the Columbia metro area as that is my area of expertise. 55+ communities are hard to come by in our area. We do have a few and a new one in Lexington that just started selling called Cross Creek. There is also Hulon Greene in West Columbia which is reasonably priced and close to the hospital. For rentals for 55+ Wildewood Downs is extremely popular but they are kind of pricey. As a realtor, I’m not able to say if an area is safe or unsafe legally but communitycrimemap.com, spotcrime.com, or the local police department are good resources for finding out about crime in an area. What job field are you in? One thing I always tell people when looking for jobs in SC is to know that we move slower in the south so it will take a while to hear back about job applications. A lot of people use indeed but I always recommend applying through the company’s websites because people will mass apply through sites like indeed and it takes a very long time for employers to go through those applications.

Hi I'm interested in moving here in the next 3-4 months. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on a foundation on a quarter acre lot or smaller. It's just myself and my dog and cat. .... and having a fenced yard would be a plus. I'm in the process of selling my house in Maryland.

I know this park well. Lived in Lexington for about a year with my German Shepherd dog and we had many good times in this park. It's absolutely beautiful. I'm back in Buffalo now my hometown but I think very fondly of this place. The Lexington soccer complex not too far away was also a great place to bring my dog and kick around the soccer ball. And don't sleep on Virginia Hylton either. Great Creek running through with a waterfall that my dog could cool off in. ❤

The schools are horrible, even though Lexington 1, Lexington 5, and Richland 3 think otherwise. Quite a few people don't have a college education. People are super conservative and religious, and unfortunately, they want you to be, too.

@@its_taliaaa_9142 I’m sorry, I didn’t see this comment for some reason. Redbank is part of Lexington. It’s not in the town of Lexington but it has a Lexington address. It tends to be less expensive there because it is a more rural part of Lexington.

The number one problem is your thumbnail problem you need to create effective thumbnails that will impress your viewers on your videos. Second is your SEO and optimization problem which is why your target audience doesn't come up fast page when they search for your video on KZbin. Young people leave SC because of weak job opportunities. The Legislature spends it's time investing in stupid corporate welfare schemes like the Scout Motors factory rather than investing that money in a comprehensive apprenticeship system or relaxing occupational licensing requirements so we can top off our super weak labor force participation rate. Corruption and crony capitalism are holding back this beautiful State, and she deserves better.

How do you feel about homes being built on slabs? I have been seeing a lot of that in the neighborhoods around here. I’m from New England, so we always have basements

@@its_taliaaa_9142 Basements are very uncommon in SC unless they are walk out basements due to our high water table. Personally, I’ve seen significantly more homes with foundation issues with homes on a crawl space vs a slab but it is much easier to fix a foundation on a crawl space than it is on a slab.
