I am a Bass Drum player myself, and I typically do not like the style of how they are playing. BUT they sound amazing. There are other bands that just play these drums and sound like paper, but I like this band. Good Job!

I'm pretty sure they're standard Promark Traditional Medium or Large Marching Bass Drum Mallots. That with a high tune on their bass drums is what gives them their SU sound. We used the Promark mallots with silver dots when I marched in High School.
