Good message. Not sure I got it all but that could just be me. Semen retention is a tough lifestyle but the benefits far outweigh the challenges. Know that a relapse is apart of the journey. Eventually you will have a long streak of 100+ days and then you’ll just stop counting the days and realize a whole year has went by retaining your life force. Peace bro, it’s not for you if you’re not willing to go through the fire… going through battles and being tested is apart of the journey… and if you not built for it then you’ll be just like those same crabs. Getting super emotional (it may seem super emotional but may be emotional a that have been suppressed and coming to the surface) which is normal but you need to embrace those emotions and not detach, your detaching from parts of yourself, losing parts of yourself.

@@indigo3726 I think it’s because a lot of people are low vibrational and have demons in them and when I was on high streaks my vibration was higher. I had the glow and shiny eyes and felt good about myself and it triggers those “demons” in them and that’s why they got mad they were actually jealous of me. And when I relapsed I became like them again

like the way you learned to handle things in life most of us relapse because we cant handle the power that comes with retention the solution? do it over and over again and one day you will just get used to it remember the first week? yeah it was hard, countless relapsing but guess what? after a few months of experience, one week is nothing... suddenly you go one month and relapse, and you do it over and over again, then one month is easy and the cycle repeats so you want to go one year? 2 years or even 10 years? well guess what, you will need countless relapses to reach that level in my opinion the healthiest and most beneficial way to relapse is with a married woman
