Furthermore, I am wasting valuable time as you do not maintain buffer stocks for damaged items and instead, wait to reorder replacements. I have created WhatsApp groups and sent emails to senior management, yet these efforts remain unacknowledged and unanswered. When I see your advertisements, I feel sorry for potential buyers who might face the same treatment. If you need assistance in checking the quality of your apartments before they are sold, please let me know. I am more than willing to offer my support free of charge, to ensure the satisfaction of new buyers and to protect your company’s reputation.

You guys don't mention anywhere the product and brands you use. E.g. brand of bathroom fittings, Light fittings, Tiles ++,+ . At the end we don't know the qulity, finish and durability of the products used of your appartment. Most of the developers now use low quality products to maximise their profits. Developers like 447 and Prime Grand they confirm the brands they use upfront. This is a disadvantage for Trizen .

Vedio is more than perfect as long as vedio speaks for itself. As far as quality is concerned, its a million dollar question. Based on my first hand experience with JKH's Cinnamon Life, my guess is Tri-Zen could be worse. Cutting cost is the only name of the game.
