16:26 no thats op you are just bad at reading coprehension that means that when you proc it ALL ON HIT EFFECTS PROC TWICE so instead of one atg its 2 instead of one stack of bleed its 2 its just not as good bc you dont have a fast firerate as bandit but its every on hit so even things you wouldnt think like harvesters scythe is technically an onhit in code just only procing on a crit same with leeching seed or shattering justice or your beloved molten perforator

So the wii fit board is actually 200% speed, not 40%. The item description just still displays 40 for some reason. Always has. (Also i believe the item was recently made legendary now)
