“Adrian, calling Instagram illustrators the ‘GOATs of graphic design’ is like calling TikTok dancers the greatest choreographers of all time. Sure, they’re talented, but let’s not confuse popularity with legacy. Your list feels more like a curated gallery of people you follow on Instagram than an actual homage to the giants of the field. Where are the legends who built the foundations of graphic design-people whose work shaped entire industries? Saul Bass? Paul Rand? Paula Scher? Oh wait, you included Scher-good job Googling the bare minimum. Also, defending this list by saying it’s just your opinion is a cop-out. If you’re naming GOATs, you’re making a claim, not sharing a preference. Opinions are fine, but not when they ignore the basics of what graphic design even is. You might as well have called it ‘Adrian’s Top 10 Instagram Aesthetics.’ And don’t get me started on your claim that ‘they’re all designers.’ Sure, by that logic, anyone with Canva and an Instagram account is a graphic designer too, right? Why stop there-maybe we should call every kid who doodles in their math notebook the GOAT of graphic design as well. Bottom line: The title of ‘GOAT’ carries weight. It’s not just about who you like on Instagram but who’s defined, disrupted, or elevated the field. Until you acknowledge that, your list is just a vibe check, not a professional statement.” How’s that for a roast?

The most important criteria are the mobility, the app compatibility, the size, the pen... and whether you have a beef with apple for no apparent reason (like me).

Great video! I recently started learning about web design, and I'm really loving it, so I was curious what other types of graphic design there are. I liked what you said about how web design can open the door to other services that you can offer, such as development and maintenance of the site, content and copywriting, and marketing. I'm also interested in social media design, which I think would also go very well with web design, so I think that'll be what I check out next! Thanks for helping me on my journey into design 🫡

Scher is the only one in your group i would consider all time... Saul Bass, Paul Rand, Milton Glaser would be some I would consider all time designers in my book.

Hey! I'm all in. If Jaguar Wright endorses it, I want more information, please. My KZbin Channel name is Welcome to my Right-Brained World with Auntie Prime. Someone or group is so fearful of my message that last month, KZbin banned my channel BEFORE I ever uploaded one video. KZbin said ai was banned because of the offensive content uploaded by my channel. I told KZbin to follow the IP address where the offensive content was loaded because I had never uploaded a video, yet. They checked the origin of the videos and issued an immediate apology while fully restoring my privileges. Where do I go? How do I start?

Firstly, thank you for this amazing video. I would like to offer another viewpoint on geofencing the places you advised against. business is all about pain points. It is about finding a big enough group of people with a big enough problem and serving that group tirelessly. Sometimes you have a product that serves people in pain. So, Geofencing a hospital or funeral home is totally ethical if your intention is to serve the population because making money may be the outcome but it is not your motivation in serving people.

You showed the scuba one and said, that's the original and that's my face (on the second one), but they look identical, so I'm confused. also, did you ever say exactly what image weight number refers to and why you only use it sometimes, same with the stylize number, and why specify "style raw"? Lastly, at what point do you describe the reason for the double colon::? Thanks to yourself, and anyone else who might be able to answer, thank you!

@8:57 "Fruit" looks weird because the kerning between the R and the U is off. There's more space between the R and the U than between any other letter. That's why it looks so strange. Also, if you're pushing a religion, you're not a counselor.
