Big sagebrush winter range. Browse recovered in Montana but mule deer populations drastically reduced. Montana decided to sell all the licenses and permits as possible for revenue. No data on mule deer populations and no plan to increase mule deer populations. We might read some browse plants however, maybe it's a nice diversion to addressing the real issue of reducing licenses and permits until the population recovers but don't count on it. Montana is not the place to hunt go WY. !
