One of my friends told me about this podcast years ago, I listened to it while working. I would have loved a class where I had to listen to this!

If he was close enough to her still to CALL her to give his new number it’s beyond strange he wouldn’t try to reach out to her when she went missing. Also flies in the face of him saying after they broke up he got all his information about what had been going on with her from her friends

Shame that the three most interesting and entertaining people in this story are all dead. *RIP* * John B * Uncle Jimmy * Tyler

This was the hardest episode to listen to, that guy talking about wanting to commit unforgivable sins, and Brian encouraging it. This was a horrid, disgusting episode to listen to. Simply deplorable! Brian, please stay in new York, we don't want you around here!

What's crazy is I went to the movie theater with a girl, and we couldn't figure out what we want to watch. So we were looking at the posters, and I saw brokeback mountain and I thought "hey a cowboy movie" and I actually had to talk her into seeing it because she didn't want to see a cowboy movie. Then we get into the movie, and the two cowboys start pile driving each other in the tent... Well, obviously her and I both were completely disgusted and ended up leaving the movie and getting a refund and chastising them for showing such filth!

The mercury poisoning thing was pretty obvious early on. The fact that he wasted his genius and babbled about silly climate change like a brainwashed middle schooler is sad. If it was so bad, he could have used his gifts to try and do something about it but instead just wasted his life being a Karen.

Hay sounds psycho, by her diary entry talkin' ' bout "I'm gonna pick a fight with Adnan". I know I'll be attacked for this opinion, but it's not like I'm saying she deserved to be strangled!! I'm just saying she doesn't sound all sweet and innocent

Adnan really couldn’t say “I wanted to strangle the biyatch,” now could he. Talking about his lawyer.

Why wouldn’t you record that conversation with Jay Wilds? Even if it was a two party consent state, pay him. This podcast sucks.

How can a dude strangle an athletic woman? Really, that’s part of your reasoning? Let me tell you, very easily. Especially a woman that’s unsuspecting and trusts the person they are with but that doesn’t really matter. A dude can overpower a woman very easily. Stop it.

That’s how I live my life, I don’t believe anything anyone tells me unless I verify it myself. Being a pathological believer is dangerous as fucc.

I mean what I don’t get is how could a man who was fasting, have the ability and the strength to strangle someone to death without leaving any physical evidence on the victim or having any marks on his body to suggest he was in a physical altercation. Especially given in the fact that the victim was a lacrosse player and physically fit as well. Combine that with the ever changing stories of Jay about the events in question and the fact that AT&T gave a warning saying that geolocation was not reliable at their towers when receiving calls. I have reasonable doubt on Sayd’s guilt

Listening back on this podcast, there is still a part of me that believes Adnan is not guilty. I’m not going to sit here and say “ADNAN IS INNOCENT, ADNAN IS INNOCENT!!” Because logically, yeah he had to have been so unlucky that day. But something I have come to realize is that extremely unlucky things can happen, so I wouldn’t rule it out. But at the same time…it doesn’t leave us with much. I do hope that one day we will find some evidence of what truly happened that day. That some missing piece of the puzzle or some other witness may come forward or anything. That something will be found that tells us what happened to Hae Min Lee

I'm surprised this lawyer was referred to as the pit bull on the pant leg of justice when she speaks like this. Idk if it's just me but it makes her sound very unsure of herself and her client. I do think Adnan is innocent tho

Jesus loves you all. He died for you and rose again and he is the only way to heaven. You just have to believe in him as your Lord and Savior. The Bible says that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is the Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Just believe. That's it. Too good to be true but that is why it is the Good News.

If the cousins were decent people, they would have given Tyler and his brother a share of John’s estate. John clearly expressed his wishes in the podcast, in his own words. A goodwill gesture of 15% would have made a huge difference to Tyler’s family.

Omg, this attorney is asking all the questions I've been asking since the beginning! Why look at the ex-bf? Why not the new guy? It's always someone close to the victim who had motive, yes, but also the opportunity to commit the crime. Wasn't she going to meet up with her new guy the day she was killed? It's crazy how this was overlooked.

They looked at both the new boyfriend and Adnan. The new boyfriend was at work on January 13th and he was at work. The manager at Lens Crafts showed the work log. She was going to meet with him later the night after she got her cousin and after the wrestling match, she was manager. She never got her cousin which is why her family filed a missing person report. This was when the new boyfriend was at work
