Judaism is much more than the Torah, for the same reason that "Torah", "reading the Torah", "studying the Torah" and "understanding the Torah" are not the same.

Yes, what yo are saying with Arizal --> Baal Shemtov is a natural cognitive evolution. But it can go even further. Like the name "evolution" implies, it's on-going. Slowly Judaïsm arrives at a true understanding, from the murky beginnings of prehistory. Every jew should always remember that the mitzvots are NOT a self-gratifying end. It is only a means, a "necessary evil" if you like, to fulfill a specific mission : "completion of the world". That is very important to understand. In themselves, mitzvots are nothing, they are stupid things. But they are necessary. Otherwise you cannot attain the goal. But when you do attain the goal, no more mitzvots. They will become useless. But one has to wait, for we are not there yet! Many jews forget their mission : bringing Hakadosh Boruch to the world, not the other way around. But you have to see WHY they forget. In fact, they don't really forget. It's just that it is already so hard to get closer to Hakadosh Boruch for oneself, that it is excedingly difficult to go back the other way around when one succeeds! In other words, you need to go round-trip, knowing that the first part of the trip is already very tiring. Most people just never come back! And furthermore, since the first part of the trip is potentially infinite, many will keep going forward and never come back!!! It's also fascinating to see how what you describe is exactly the ssence of Taoist's philosophy (The "Middle" Way). A real "Hassid" is also a "Daoist"!!!!

What you are talking about here is my "Archaetype" for Judaïsm. You are very close to a true understanding. Here you are posing the most important question : "WHY". Your answer is right, but one can go even further. It has to do with the necessary difference beetween the "creator" and the "creation". Everything hinges around that. That's where comes in that idea of "free will". "Free Will", ie "Human will", is absolutely necessary if, and only if, the goal is for the "creator" and "the "creation" to "become one and the same". Do you understand? I call that "completion". The "completion" HAS TO be done from the "inside". It cannot be done from the outside. That is also a necessity. "Din" = "free/human will" as the latter differs from YHWH's Will. It's an automatic mechanism. It's funny, when I hear you, I can see a connection with the concepts of Daoïsm, as in the concepts of "Dao" (YHWH's Will) and "Wu Wei" (Human will when its follows YHWH's Will).

When the Israelites came out of Egypt they made idols in the image of a calf. A calf doesn’t have horns. So much for the teachings of men and not God.

Unfortunately, to remove the horns, the animal cannot be alive. It doesn't have to be killed, it can die of old age or natural causes. RYF

Very interesting, while I'm happy to have learned about this, as a craftsman myself I learned the hard way not to hold anything in my hand while drilling into it. If the bit slips to the side while drilling, the glove offers little if no protection from the force of a motor driven power tool. Might want to omit that scene so as not to let anyone, much less kids, think that it's ok to do.

John 5:16-18 Living Bible 16 So they began harassing Jesus as a Sabbath breaker. 17 But Jesus replied, “My Father constantly does good, and I’m following his example.”[a] 18 Then the Jewish leaders were all the more eager to kill him because in addition to disobeying their Sabbath laws, he had spoken of God as his Father, thereby making himself equal with God. Footnotes John 5:17 My Father constantly does good, and I’m following his example, implied; literally, “My Father works even until now, and I work.” [16:124] The Sabbath was decreed only for those who ended up disputing it. Your Lord is the One who will judge them on the Day of Resurrection regarding their disputes. www 🔺️ submission 🔻 org 36 “Sir, which is the most important command in the laws of Moses?” 37 Jesus replied, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind.’ 38-39 This is the first and greatest commandment. The second most important is similar: ‘Love your neighbor as much as you love yourself.’ 40 All the other commandments and all the demands of the prophets stem from these two laws and are fulfilled if you obey them. Keep only these and you will find that you are obeying all the others.” Matthew 22:36-40 Living Bible (TLB) 1 Peter 3:6 Amplified Bible 6 just as Sarah obeyed Abraham [following him and having regard for him as head of their house], calling him [a]lord. And you have become her daughters if you do what is right without being frightened by any fear [that is, being respectful toward your husband but not giving in to intimidation, nor allowing yourself to be led into sin, nor to be harmed]. Footnotes 1 Peter 3:6 In ancient times a common title of honor and respect. ⚜ *Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.* ⚜ Matthew 5:3 John 3:6-7 Living Bible 6 Men can only reproduce human life, but the Holy Spirit gives new life from heaven; 7 so don’t be surprised at my statement that 🔥🐍🔥 *you must be born again!* 🔥🐍🔥

Schabbos = sabbath according to oxford dictionary. 😔 So many levels of teaching out there. [2:65] You have known about those among you who desecrated the Sabbath. We said to them, "Be you as despicable as apes." [4:47] O you who received the scripture, you shall believe in what we reveal herein, confirming what you have, before we banish certain faces to exile, or condemn them as we condemned those who desecrated the Sabbath. GOD's command is done. [4:154] And we raised Mount Sinai above them, as we took their covenant. And we said to them, "Enter the gate humbly." And we said to them, "Do not desecrate the Sabbath." Indeed, we took from them a solemn covenant. [7:163] Remind them of the community by the sea, who desecrated the Sabbath. When they observed the Sabbath, the fish came to them abundantly. And when they violated the Sabbath, the fish did not come. We thus afflicted them, as a consequence of their transgression. [16:124] The Sabbath was decreed only for those who ended up disputing it. Your Lord is the One who will judge them on the Day of Resurrection regarding their disputes. www 🔺️ submission 🔻 org
