The 1908 is spectacular in all the right ways. I prefer the green face-- it takes it to a whole other level. Love this watch and I'm not a Rolex guy. I don't like the idea of wearing something everyone has... but this watch is classy, sexy, refined and yet you could wear it with something that is dressy casual. Nice video-- thanks.

That’s a fantastic collection in that watch box. That Vacheron is just stunning though, especially on that white rubber strap. Has to be my favourite of the lot I think. The VC for the summer and Sky-Dweller for everything else 👌🏻

Silent luxury. In my opinion dress watches are silent luxury. When average person dont know Loro Piana or Brioni value then they can't price the complicated dress watches. Sport watches often scream : "Look at me!!!"

Im buying a blue one. But I’ve just saw your video and one thing is triggering me. The one that Im buying is F serial and has the original Rolex certificate. But in the video you say that they were made with P, K or Y serials. Are you sure about it?

Sir buy the seller, not the watch!!! Alone and cheap they aren’t that hard to find. But correct and full sets are extremely difficult to come by. Ask yourself why that is? Go long term respected seller or don’t waste your energy (and hard earned money!)

@@officialwatches1 yes! I’ve done my researchers about the watch and the seller. But this one thing is triggering me! The seller is truthful and the watch have the Rolex warranty. And its a F serial… I’ve seen some D serial too

One of my favourite brands. Timelessly elegant but not overly expensive. Have always meant to add the Santos to my collection but had to buy the Roadster first so now on the lookout for that great deal on one. Top video as always Oscar

The Santos is one of my favourite watches. I’ve had a 100 XL and a chrono in the past and sold them on, but the Santos chrono is the only watch I’ve ever regretted letting go. Never really paid much attention to the Drive, but have to admit I really like how it looks in the video.

Santos was the watch I used to oggle in windows when I was 16 haha so crazy how much they have stayed in fashion for so many years! The drive tbh blew me away can’t get over how nice the dial details are and the size! What a lot of watch for reasonable money from a brand that’s clearly here to stay! Maybe its just me buy why confuse matters by adding white bars leading to the 3, 8 and 10 positions when the hour and minute hands are white too. I get that it's celebrating the French tricolour but i really question some of RM's colour choices. Not that I'd kick it out of bed of course

Wouldn’t kick it out of bed either and it’s by far from my favourite of the many 67-02 colours! Probably won’t surprise anyone least of all you because you tend to be very clued up Nick but thought you might like to know the 67-02 is our best selling RM by quite a leap. I believe it’s due to its actual wearability compared to the beautiful beasts like 11-03 65-01 etc etc

They had to isolate a whole beach here in Scotland a few years ago A WW2 Aeroplane crashed on it .The instruments were coated with Radium for night flights .Was closed for a while to get rid of the radioactive material ..🎉

Its a beautiful piece Oscar. I don't really understand why people are so indignant at the price of watches. You aren't pointing a gun at anyone's head to buy these pieces, and the price is set by the market. The buyer of this piece is no doubt aware the price could go down (unless he's been living under a rock for the last 18 months) but still happy to buy. You sources and sell watches. You aren't pretending they cure cancer. I just don't see what people's problems are with that!!!

@@officialwatches1 it's a new fad that new Rolex are going for such crazy money , give it two years and that will be half the amount,even the Tiffany blue dial nautilus has halfed in value, maybe more. Not sure how many Le man's were made but it's got to be in the many many hundreds, so yes it will go down even you said you had two recently. Rolex are amazing at marketing, genius, and people are pretty stupid all wanting something that they cannot have. But when you actually look at it with some logic they are mass produced machine made mostly undecorated movements in a rock solid bullet proof watch. But unfortunately still mass produced so yes I think this watch will go down and eventually all Rolex watches will be where they were six years ago being able to get them as a walk in even with a discount, don't get me wrong I do think ithey are a solid watch but all hype eventually ends and people who at the moment are collecting watches for fashion will still buy one or two and the really rare like the Paul Newman will still be very sort after, but all good things come to an end especially with fashion trends. Hey Andrew all great points but any serious Daytona collector has to have it. 2 years time we come back to this post and let’s check price on Tiffany Naut (currently I’m asking £1.15m for the 2022 unworn) and Le Mans White Gold (currently £225,000 2024) I absolutely love experiments like these. World might have burned to the ground or we might be on the mend. Let’s pray for the latter 🎉 p.s I hope you’ll join me on the journey I’ve got so much content coming your way.
