What does the the failed one behave like? My clutch has stopped working but the pedal feels fine , no fluid lost and the clutch and slave fitted 20 months ago. Just stopped being able to select gears overnight. Engine off I can get gears and feel the clutch bite

Hi Mark , thanks for the video how did you know barrel was faulty? I am unsure with mine originally thought it was my cylinder cause key would turn on but wouldn't crank the motor ... after removing ignition unit and inserting the key, lock works as it should ( on when key is removed off when it turns on) is it barrel or switch? Got an auto electrician to have a look at it and suggested a Locksmith as he tested keys and admitted did not have experience about European cars now can't get into anyone until 13th of Jan 25 so Im having a go at it to be mobile again.

The worst is clean wheels because im 100kg and 5foot 8. When i crouch down my boep suffocates me and cant breathe 😂😅

Hi Mark, I just removed my steering wheel but noticed that the steering column isn’t scored in the centre like other VAG cars I’ve done. I took the old steering wheel off without marking the centre point! Is there any markers on the Amarok to show where to align the wheel? I couldn’t see any markers from your vehicle either

Thank you Mark! Trying to get those clips locked was a finger torture. In doing so at times I tried with the old lamp to check if there was any difference with the new one. When I finally got the clips locked and the connector in place I tried to switch the light on and it didn't work... I then realized I had placed the old lamp again! So back to work. Oh my, those clips! You have to push them very hard to get them locked.

I just finished both sides on my Audi a3 tfsi 1.4 2014. I took off the entire plastic thing to get better acess, but the spring system (exactly like the one in this vid) was pretty brutal to do in that cramped space, had to take out the bulb and really get to know the pin system before doing it in the blind. WOrst part was getting the connector back on honestly. FIrst side took over an hour, second side maybe 20.
