This heavenly music has helped and healed me in regards to my brother's recent passing. I especially enjoyed it set against the old film of all those happy faces of the workers leaving the factory gates, temporarily liberated from their toil in the mill, now, all long passed into eternity. Thanks for posting this. Mark Hollis 1955-2019 R.I.P my friend.

Thank you so much for sharing! I know this was almost 5 yrs ago, but have watched lots of Skiathos videos and this surpasses them all! We go in September this year (2022) and your video has literally just taken us there virtually, cannot wait to visit this jewel. Have you been back since?

Hi Happy days, Thank you so much, your lovely compliment has made my day ♥ ....Yes we had a short visit in 2019 on our way to Skopelos, see my Skop video's :) Unfortunately fate has conspired the last two years, so we have to wait till next year :)

@@raushaxleman ah thats a shame, we too haven’t been away since 2019 (Lanzarote), but we love greece so much. I looked at your Skopelos videos and didn’t realise it was as beautiful as Skiathos, another Aegean Jewel and now on our list!

Would be interested in you specifying how you planned all this. Was it day trips while you stayed in a particular location, or did you move around? How long does it take to get to symi and the cost etc?
@raushaxleman2 жыл бұрын
Hi Cars&Coffee, We opted for Tui's multi stay option to Rhodes, which is the north and south deal. The first week we stayed at the Rhodos Horizon resort, which is in a great location a 20 minute walk into Rhodes old town. Also Rhodes old port is situated just nearby, this where we booked the Aphrodite Queen (Rhodes sea lines) a high speed boat over to Symi. A fast boat is essential for a day trip, it only takes an hour each way and allows you 3-4 hours at Symi Town. The second week we transferred to the south of the Island. We stayed at he Princess Andriana Resort in Kiotari. Lindos is a short bus ride away, the stop is located just outside the hotel entrance. I hope this helps. Regards Paul.
@carscoffee98322 жыл бұрын
@@raushaxleman thanks Paul. The multi stay makes sense actually. I had forgot about that as an option. Worrying times booking via TUI though at the moment with all their cancellations etc. appreciate the response
