Congratulations on your progress so far! It can be frustrating waiting for the window to schedule an appointment to open up so you can select a date but have faith and keep trying. I suggest both you and your fiance share the duties of checking at different times. Once you successfully schedule a date for the interview then you can immediately make a payment for the visa application fee but not before. Hi! There so many ways to apply but I would recommend try the green card lottery which is currently ongoing until Nov. 5th. Take advantage of it now. All the best!

You can do online CNA courses but my advice would be to research credible institutions that provide an online option for certification. However, it always best to do in-class training in the country you intend to be licensed
