You have to have lvl 29 hq, beat NATO 02 mission from campaing, go to wonders tab build ion research center and then go to hq, tech and upgrade ion cannon to lvl 1

If unit commanded by a general with street fighting is in a city then damage is increased by 5 per level, it is rarely useful but in some missions it can prove useful

@@petferret6979 most are unlocked in campaing by capturing cities with yellow circles around them, one is unlocked in conquest pass, and rest are unlocked like the campaing ones but appear in operations

i wanted them to add a custom mode where you can make your own battle and add light tanks like in world conqueror 4 when they have light tanks (M3 Stuarts Pz.II T26) and in 3 its just medium tanks and add east germany and north vietnam and albania and czechoslovakia and more neutral countries (Indonesia,Peru,Pakistan,Philipines) and make the ai easier to fight and less overpowered (i played as north korea and i lost everything at turn 3 lol)
