I noticed that shortly after its move from LaGuardia Depot to JFK Depot. But honestly, it is what it is. That bus is close to retirement anyway.

There was nothing wrong with the tank on the rooftop of this bus. Most of these buses had lead-acid battery tanks on their rooftops, while the one that you're seeing was one of the only few that had lithium-ion battery tanks. I even have that bit of information mentioned in the video description.

as of now QV retired all there NGs well not all of them some got to live their life at MTA BUS 4404 4098 4060, the others retired.

I'm aware of Queens Village's current fleet status. This now means that Queens Village Depot is Orion-free and their local fleet is now 100% Nova Bus LFS.

Thanks. I'll do my best to catch as many of the remaining Orion VII Original Generation Hybrids out of LaGuardia Depot before they get more hand me downs (most likely Orion VII Next Generation Hybrids) from New York City Transit, or possibly newer buses to eventually push them out into retirement.

The front advertisement had to be removed eventually. It wasn't meant to stay put on the bus for a long period of time.

You do realize that this is an old video. But basically at the time this video was taken, Fresh Pond Depot was given three 1999 Nova Bus RTS-06s from Michael J. Quill Depot (5204, 5205, and 5206) in 2018 shortly before they were all retired late that year.

I was using my Galaxy S20 FE. Its camera allows me to zoom in and out further than the camera I had on my old Galaxy S7.

I always wondered why brazilian buses with wheelchair ramps have to be adjusted by hand by the driver. It seems so backwards. How old is the technology we have? Maybe the thing is just broken and nobody gives a damn?

Yeah ... and the MTA is not getting any Nova Bus LFSe at the moment as they already placed an order on 60 (originally 45) New Flyer "Xcelsior" XE40s that has since been approved.

Oh, OK. The Xcelsiors in my opinion are very bland and ugly looking. They make the Nova Bus LFS look like better buses overall, even when comparing them to the Proterras.

I am going to be honest with you! I am just going to say this in the most polite and respectful way possible! I honestly do not like what they did to #3563 by turning it to a diesel and changing the engine to a Cummins ISL and I am glad that they did not do this to the other Orion VII OG's as well! A big reason why I love the Orion VII OG's is because the Cummins ISB engine is music to my ears! :-)
