Thanks Diego Cruz for the wonderful classes! Thank you David Morse for the wonderful music! I am a 59-year-old ballet teacher from Bulgaria, I used to be a ballerina. I am inspired by these classes and practice at home now. Thank you so much for this opportunity to draw from your spirit and positiveness!

As a pilates instructor I am noticing that every time you deveioppe front you do a pelvic tilt. Just notice that although it looks more impressive, you are putting additional stress on your pelvis and hips.

Her English is really bad and it was not easy to understand it. I found it strange how she pronounced "Cairo". It's not correct in English, so I checked the Arabic pronunciation, and it's not Arabic either (kzbin.info/www/bejne/sInLf3drj5uIh8k). It took a long time to realize what she was saying in the first place. Same with "ghawazee". Maybe she should check the pronunciation before doing lectures next time so she can be understood. Also, speak more slowly, it doesn't sound like English at all. I hope the tips help.

Ballet class piano players should have some ballet experience so as to know which tempo is OK. That's why David is perfect. :)
