make sure to to bolt this into concrete wall and use concert raw plugs i have a similar system and just ripped my bolts out doing weighted dips xD

Your new version of this bar looks like complete garbage. The angles look off and it has that crappy 3 piece pad. Should have stuck with the 1st version you guys had.

Terrible experience. Mine came only with the "assembly instructions". I had to eye ball the correct drill bit for the concrete anchor sleeve. I made the whole too big for the anchor and it just slides right out. Went online to try and get help and investigate. I found online an extra set of "instructions" that breaks down what drill bit to use for the floor anchor. I wish they had sent that since the beginning or I wouldn't have made two giant useless holes on my floor. Terrible job on Synergy. Also false advertisement.. It claims it can hold 1000lbs but that only takes into account the frame. It doesn't consider if your drilling this into studs or drywall. Make sure your wall can handle this.

Can I do low-rows with this. I know there is a small bar provided but can I use it near the bottom of the pulley so that I can do seated rows.

Is this bench strong/safe enough for commercial gym use?

I would say it is good for light commercial use. It's one of the best benches I have used personally, I currently own two of them for my home gym. 11 gauge thick steel, it feels heavy duty at 60 pounds. Impressively small size at only 47" long, I had many other benches unnecessarily long around 60" or more in length. I have a 6'5" friend that still fits on the Synergee bench just fine. It's also got a 12" wide pad which is much more stable for benching and more comfortable for us bigger guys, my other benches were around 9"-10" wide average. Padding is thick yet comfortable and they use a nice cover material that doesn't slip with sweat and easily wipes off. Honestly it checks off a lot of boxes for me.
