Hi. First of all, thank you for your message. Also, I want you to know that I am sorry to hear about your experiences. You have third eye. I understand how you feel. It is a topic that I resonate with A LOT. What I can advise you for now: BITE ON A TREE. Any tree. Each time you have a vision like this. (Dream or passing imagination) Biting on a tree releases the negative vibration. Once you released it, BLOCK it completely by DIVERTING yourself: sing, paint, cook, read books that are uplifting etc. Stay away from negative people, places and activities.
