I saw it sail from greenock custom house Quay just last week August 2023 brings back many memories as a child in the late 60s my mum loved the waverly would take the 3 of us her weans for many trips on this iconic ship ,me and my granddaughter watched it leave. very romantic ship ❤

A Very famous paddle steamer is or was the Waverley.

I have sailed on the Waverley Paddle steamer many years ago and Had a badge with the Waverley on it given to me by one of my Aunts father who worked in Swansea Docks many years a go he also took me on a walk through Swanea docks and showed me two German E-Boats captured by the British and tied up in Swansea docks.
