Saw the aftermath as they were cleaning it up. I actually work for this railroad now but was not on the train involved in the incident (I was on the train from Meredith along lake Winnipesaukee).

More recently, CSX reintroduced the YN3 paint scheme, now sporting the company's website under the "X" (YN3C); also some CSX AC6000CWs had the blue logo (Early 666, 633)

Unpopular opinion, but the Stealth Scheme with the Blue top is my favorite. Closely followed by YN1

Patriot Rail acquired the railroad last summer. They own many other shortlines across the country.

The train is passing through New Hampton on the way to Meredith. The Determination and The Leo look great 👍. Nice video work.

Honestly I can’t remember what route/session it came with, it’s been quite awhile since I played this version of Trainz. Probably one that uses CP content.

To get the locomotive on the other end for the return trip, they have to shove back to the runaround track at the old Plymouth station after the passengers have unloaded, as there is no such siding at the common man.

The Plymouth & Lincoln Railroad is a class III shortline railroad operating on the Concord-Lincoln rail line in central New Hampshire, United States. The railroad consists of two distinct passenger operations, the Hobo Railroad, which offers passenger excursion trains in the White Mountains, and the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, which operates passenger excursion trains along the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. In addition to passenger operations, the railroad owns the Lincoln Shops, a railroad equipment maintenance and repair facility located in Lincoln, New Hampshire.

I do believe there was one paint scheme missing from this video but the paint scheme only lasted for a very brief few months back in 1986 as CSX’s very first paint scheme. I think the paint scheme was called “CSX-t” and was only applied to a very few select locomotives. One that I could find online was that of an EMD GP40-2 locomotive number 6382. It featured the gray paint on most of the sheet metal with the exception of the top of the cab and topside of the hood area of which was dark blue. The dark blue featured a stripe close to the bottom of the body of the locomotive. The fuel tank and other parts below the walkways were black from what I can tell. But what made it unique and rare I suppose would be that on the sides of the locomotive where “CSX” is shown, just after that it shows in smaller font the word “TRANSPORTATION” with blue stripes above and below the lettering. This was short lived and the “TRANSPORTATION” lettering was removed moving forward. That aside though, my favorite scheme was one that I grew with during the 90’s which was the “Bright Future” scheme. Loved the variety of colors going down the rails.

Correct. It was restored before this season and sounded louder and prouder than ever, which led to the noise complaints.

@@brendangranger3684 Thats really weird, the horn sounded perfectly fine for me when I worked at the paddle boats all summer, i'm also a railfan so i like loud horns 😂 That's such a shame though, I hope it can be used again, it's too iconic and ik if Leo was here he'd want it back too lol

Ill be seeing that caboose tomorrow!!! Shame for what happened to its horn but the 4700 definitely doesn’t sound bad. Even if it also needs a clean like the m3 needed.
