@ i feel like art has some resentment towards her. - in that „hibernation scene“ I can’t help but get the impression that he knows what is going on in the bathroom and he indulges in that knowledge, like a sweet last thought before falling asleep. The movie is known for its detailed depiction of brutality, so it’s unlikely they would skip showing his death, especially given how painful it was meant to be for the viewers. That would be the exact opposite of what they intended to convey. Who knows? 🤷🏼♀️
