I love the tuning for the Palm Beach line. SWD had more complex material, but Palm Beach was more groovy imo. Palm Beach was cleaner, but SWD would completely dominate if/when they clean up a little more. Maybe slow down the tempo until their hands mature a little more. Overall, salute to both lines. This is one of the best high school battles I’ve seen in quite a while.

Please finish the roll on the snare solo for Junkanoo Lakes..... sounds good though. Overall, SWD won the entire battle. The material is just more aggressive.

Arguably two of the best traditional style drumlines in the nation. These kids really left it all on the field tonight. The whole battle was very entertaining, and they came at each other with some great material that you can tell took a lot of preparation. Thanks for the video, and I think every viewer was the winner from this battle!
