@@daveagu5853 Lithuania 🇱🇹 is a long process you need and agent to assist you if you have not done it before. Legalize your PCC at MFA in Abuja and send it to the embassy in lithuania to attest it then send it to school to legalize it at Lithuania 🇱🇹 ministry of foreign affairs. Then they will send to you to upload on the migris portal.
