Steps 1 - 7: Step 1: •Download the support file and insert by clicking the *insert tab* and Selecting the *pictures* dropdown tab in the *images* group •Click the picture and select the *pictures format* tab, go to the *size* group and enter the value *4* into the *shape height* box (Top right of the group) •In the same tab and group, with the same picture, select *crop* •Crop the image by clicking the left middle black line, drag and drop until u have the exact or approximate value of *5* in the *shape width* box, which is directly underneath the *shape length box* •*DO NOT manually change the width to 5 when cropping as it will auto adjust and change the height causing u to miss a few points* •With the image still selected, in the same tab as before, move to the *adjust* group. To get the print radio under F column you have to insert a row as stated in step 6 not resize as you did. If you insert it will put step 7 in correct spot
