Hey guys, it's me, Slender, or you can call me Isaiah. A lot of things have happened this year, so let's just start from the beginning so I can explain why a new era is happening. Back in January, my life really changed because of Jesus. I became a believer back in early 2023, but I didn't live it. Then in January I got into this band called Phinehas; they are a Christian metal band, and I really got into them. The stories of the members really woke me up, and I know that God used Phinehas to change me. Lee Humerian was the drummer for Phinehas, but he left the band in 2017. The reason why he left was because he became a missonary to Urkaine, and that really inspired me to see a fellow brother in Christ do that for Jesus. After Januray and because of how God used Phinehas, I started to really dive into Jesus; all I wanted to do was follow my Master. I graduated high school back in May, and my whole life I hated school, and I was chasing after dreams every other month. But God knew the plans He wanted from me. After living a life-hating school and chasing after dreams to make my name big, I went to seminary school to study theology to become a missonary. All I want to do is learn more about my Lord every day, and when I graduate, I want to be a missionary for Jesus! God has changed me so much from being a person who cared only about himself into someone who wants to learn about the Alpha and Omega. Right now I am 3 months into theology, and I am loving it! The reason why I bring all of this up is because I didn't know what to do with my channel after all of that. You may ask why, because all my life I did KZbin to get people's attention, fame, and for people to know my name. After Jesus changed me, I didn't know how to use this channel because it just felt wrong because I started the channel for the wrong reasons, and some of my videos are unlisted because I don't agree with the songs I did covers and listened to. That's not the only reason too; one is because I got burned out from making videos every day in 2023, and another is that I went through a really bad and toxic relationship over the summer that just killed me. Now, after all of this, you may be asking, Why come back? The reason why is not because of fame, attention, or anything to do with my sinful name but to bring glory to God. I want to continue this channel, not for me but for God! I just have this burning passion in me to make videos for God, and thats why! My plan with this new era is to just make fun guitar covers for God, focus more on video game music and things I actually like, and use those things to bring glory to Jesus!
